Interpretation Toward Books Bloodthirsty

Fifteen-year-old Finbar Frame seriously missed out in the gene-pool stakes, since his twin brother Luke got the good looks, athletic ability and pigmentation. Finbar is tall, skinny, pale and pretty much allergic to the sun - and sadly, teenage girls don't appreciate Finbar's sensitive skin or his sensitive soul. But when a move to a new school converges with a cultural trend romanticising vampires, Finbar seizes the opportunity. He'll become a vampire! Or at least fake it ... to get a date. Wickedly smart and laugh-out-loud funny, this YA debut novel heralds a brilliant career for this new young author.

Judgment About Books Bloodthirsty

Bloodthirsty is unlike any book I've ever read. It's plot is pretty unique: A awkward teenage boy pretends to be a vampire in order to get girls. I mean, I was intrigued just when I saw the first cover, which I personally liked better. This book lives up to the hype. And I will definitely be reading more of Flynn Meaney!Bloodthirsty revolves around Finbar Frame, a shy, pale, average guy who is allergic to the sun. Literately. In one scene when he goes to the beach, he breaks out in hives. He

I thought that the idea of this book was very clever. I liked how she used the whole vampire thing and flipped it on its head. This was very witty and I enjoyed all the pop culture references. There were parts of it that I felt were kind of boring or not very interesting to me, but I gave it 4 stars because overall I was impressed by the book.

Witty, poignant and surprisingly well done! Flynn Meaney gives us a wonderful ride in the head of an average teenage boy trapped in a vampire lovin' world: Finbar Frame, not the chick-magnet jock like his twin brother, and certainly not the Edward Cullen of his high school. And, unfortunately for Finbar, teenage girls are only interested in one or the other. But Finbar has a plan. And it doesn't hurt matters that Finbar is allergic to sunlight. But does he have the ... *cahonies* to carry out his

Finbar Frame is that guy. You know, the awkward, gangly kid that girls never notice and guys like to pick on. When Finbar moves to New York, he realizes that all the girls are obsessed with vampires. And then he realizes that for all they know, he could be a vampire too. After all, hes got the pale skin, lanky body, and antisocial attitude and avoids the sun like the plague. So what if its because hes allergic to the sun and his oh-so-brooding demeanor is newly cultivated? No one will ever know

Over the break I read Bloodthirsty by Flynn Meaney, and I disliked it. I decided to read this book because the front cover of the book caught my attention. This book was bad because once I started reading the book, I found it very boring. I dislike how they make Finn's brother more well known. This book could be better if the author made it more interesting. Also if Celine was the girl that Finn met on the bus. I only enjoyed the first 3 chapters. Something that I enjoyed in the book was when

This was one of the first YA books I ordered for my library during my internship. It sounded highly amusing so when it came in I snatched it. The first chapter was a little slow, but after that I blew through it. Considering the trend of interest now with teens this book might actually work to introduce them to some actual vampire lore (not sparkly vampires, sorry to Twilight Fans). My one beef with this book was that it ruined Life of Pi. Granted, I probably should have read it by this point in
