Some books make you long for indescribable things. I've never been in a bar without a tv. I cant imagine a group of people going to a bar to enjoy themselves with other patrons. The format of a collection of short stories helped me with getting through this look into Robinson's mind, so I'm glad the book was done this way. A couple of the stories seemed to be just average, and a couple more seemed a bit above that quality, but for the most part I just felt that in the end I'm not any better or worse off for having read it. Probably won't explore much more of Callahan's stories anytime soon.

A nice collection of short stories with a scifi twist, but the twist might not be quite what you expect it to be.An easy read that will take you some place, make you think and set your giggles off.
